Mutton

Mutton refers to the meat of a mature sheep, typically over two years old, known for its rich, deep flavour and firm texture. It is highly valued in various global cuisines for its robust taste and ability to absorb complex seasonings and spices. Unlike lamb, which comes from younger sheep and has a tender texture with a milder taste, mutton has a more intense, gamey flavour that develops as the animal ages. We only use 100% British Mutton.
